Wedding – Geralyn & David

Geralyn & David got married at Granburry Hills. It was supposed to be outside in front of the gazebo, but it had been raining all day and so they moved the ceremony to under the covered patio. The ceremony was held inside the “barn”.. Which really isn’t a barn at all and is quite a beautiful room with windows down both long sides to let in all kinds of natural light.

This truly was a family affair! The Brides maids were the daughters, the groomsman was the son. Even the baby granddaughter was there!

The day started out with the Bride helping get her two daughters/bridesmaids ready:

Then Geralyn gets ready with help from 2 of her sisters..

The older daughter helped the younger one get ready..

The mariachis were waiting to announce the new couple and greet them with music!

Texas Renaissance Festival

Aaron and I headed up north of Houston for the Texas Renaissance Festival and had a great time.. Here are some of the couple of hundred we came home with….
just yummy, nice butt flap! mmmmm(1) –

(2) Sleeping Beauty… look at her feet, you can see that poor thing had been walking around barefoot all day.

(3) “Chicken good for Barbarian” – yes that is what he said to me when I took his pic

(6) I don’t know if you can tell from this pic… but he rode out and I looked at Aaron and said.. ooooooo I wanna route for him – I want Sting to win!!! lol

Army Graduation – Ft Sill, OK

I’m realy late in getting these posted up here – but back on April 3rd, 2008 I had the proud honor of watching my Son-In-Law graduate from US Army Basic Training up at Ft. Sill, OK. We are so proud of him and excited for the chapter this opens for he and my daughter!
